& Retail Association. There’s live music on many corners.

Emancipation Day Commemoration, Frederiksted

Events and celebrations commemorate this day in 1848 when Governor Peter von Scholten emancipated the island’s slaves. The
re-enactment is followed by a cultural tour and fireworks display at Buddhoe Park.

Red, White & Blue Golf Tournament, Carambola Golf Course

Come show your colors! Wear your red, white and blue for prizes. Entry fee includes cart, prizes and BBQ banquet after the event.

Jump Up! Christiansted

Vendors line the streets selling local food and drinks as well as fun items for the kids. Live music on every corner and Mocko Jumbies
dance for the crowd in the streets.
